LUMPIANG SHANGHAI

1/2 lb. Ground beef
1/2 lb. Ground pork
1 head of garlic
1/2 cup finely chopped green onion
1 medium sized onion (finely diced)
1 large carrot (diced finely)
1 tsp Ground black pepper
1 tsp Salt
Cooking oil for deep frying

Mix all ingredients thoroughly for lumpia (spring roll) filling.
Wrap in lumpia wrapper in long thin shape (approx 1 tbsp. per sheet of wrapper).
Deep fry in hot oil until golden brown, drain.
Serve with sweet and sour sauce.
