BINAGOONGANG BABOY

1.5 lb. pork
2 tbsp. cooking oil
2 cloves of garlic, minced
1 medium onion, sliced
1 medium tomato, chopped
3/4 cup water
1/2 tsp. sugar
4 tbsp. bagoong


*how to cook*
Saute garlic, chopped onion and tomato in hot oil
Add pork and saute for 10 minutes
Add water and cook covered for approximately 45 minutes
Add shrimp paste (bagoong) and sugar
Cook for another 15 minutes or until pork is tender over low heat - stir occasionally
